What the overlay
is supposed to look like.

Three reels Moran sent as reference, rebuilt here at true 9:16 so you can see the proportions rather than read a description. Then ours, which is the same system.

The three references

Recreated from the frames Moran sent — same text, same bar heights, same type treatment. Different creators, but all three run the identical structure.

How God used entrepreneurship to humble me.
FACE
one of the biggest
Reference 1 — hook bar only

Serif hook, no split. Face fills the frame. Note the hook is still there deep into the video — that's the whole point.

MIRO BOARD
Agencies charge $5k+ for this play.
FACE
but like you need to get different creatives okay
Reference 2 — board on top

This is our layout A. Board top, black bar carrying the punch line, face underneath. Bold sans, sentence case, full stop at the end.

How I use a $27 offer to pay for all my ads and sign high-ticket clients
FACE
and getting us the high caliber clients that we want
SCREEN RECORDING
Reference 3 — face on top

This is our layout B. Hook bar, face, subtitle bar, then the screen recording underneath. Nothing is ever covered by text.

What all three have in common

These are recreations, not the originals

Moran sent the reference frames from his phone, so they aren't on the machine that built this page. Everything above is rebuilt to match — same wording, same proportions. If you want the actual screenshots here, drop them on the Desktop and say so; they'll be swapped in.

Ours — the same system, three layouts

Each script on the scripts page names which of these it uses.

Layout A — board on top

Scripts 1–8, 10, 15, 16. The default. Use it whenever the board is the proof.

BOARD / CLIP
Layout B — you on top

Scripts 9, 11, 12, 13, 14. Story-led. Serif hook on the reflective ones. Testimonial clips play in the bottom panel.

YOU, FULL
you don't graduate to this
Layout C — hook bar only

Script 17, and drops in mid-reel for the five deal killers. No board.

Hook bar~270px (14%)Bold sans 62–72px, or serif 76px on the reflective ones. Two lines max. Never changes, never leaves.
Panel A~730px (38%)Board or face.
Caption bar~190px (10%)Bold sans 54–60px. 3–6 words, changing with the speech.
Panel B~730px (38%)Whichever isn't in Panel A.
The one test

Pause the reel at any random second. If you can't tell what the video is about from the top bar alone, it's broken. That's the only reason the hook bar is persistent.
